In addition to our core transport business, we have also ventured into the fields of real estate and construction. Today, we present two residential projects: Savinjski log, which has been successfully completed, and Pondorski log, which is currently under development.
A residential development with 13 individual houses and 4 duplexes, designed in a natural yet well-accessible environment. The project was successfully completed, and all units were sold.
A residential project with detached houses at the edge of the forest, connecting modern living with proximity to nature and good traffic accessibility.
In both projects, we focused on functional design, energy efficiency, high-quality landscaping, and good connectivity. Savinjski log represents a successfully completed milestone, while Pondorski log continues this story.
